WHY YOU SHOULD BOOK A PET FLIGHT Here at GNF603 Travel, we are animal lovers at our core. My service provides quality care to your pets when they’re being transported via aircraft. We offer the best travel experience possible for your pet, before, during, and after your pet’s travel. I provide around-the-clock care for your pet while in my custody. ⭐️ We pride ourselves on our communication skills. We treat your pets like our own. Having a family member travel alone can be an unpleasant experience. After you book travel arrangements I will come to pick up your pet from your nearest major airport, equipped with a soft-sided pet carrier. From there, I will take your pet onto the flight. Aboard the flight, I will never leave your pet’s side. Travel can be stressful for anyone but especially for pets, so being able to offer constant love and care while in the air is what we pride ourselves on. After the flight, we hand-deliver your furry family member to you at an agreed-upon meeting spot within the airport. Our entire process ensures your pet gets the best love and care during travel.
⭐️ Communication Once your delivery has been booked, we will start the process of booking your flight for your sidekick to travel. Once it has all been confirmed you will receive all of the information on the flight details. A group chat will be created for all parties involved in the pet transport. Yes, this includes the breeder. Once I am on the plane, I will send a couple of pictures in the group chat. My phone will then be turned off until the landing. Once I have landed, I will post in the chat again stating so.
⭐️ How do I find you at the airport? Typically, unless other arrangements are made, the breeder/deliverer will meet the flight nanny curbside at the departure of the airline the pet transported will be flying with. We may ask that the breeder or pet deliverer to the nanny stay at the airport until - I have gotten through the gate. Or I am on the plane with the pet. If there are any issues with the pet not being able to fly the pet will be turned back over to the breeder.
⭐️I will do everything possible to make a flight happen. The receiver will meet the pet nanny at baggage claim. If need be I can turn on my location settings but would prefer you find your way to the proper baggage claim. Based on the flight info given to you.
⭐️Can you deliver and pick up at my home? At this time we do not offer door-to-door service. I am not an airline employee so to keep the cost down, we don’t provide that service at this time. We pick up and deliver airport to airport only.
What do you mean you are not an airline employee? Some flight nannies work for the airlines and fly by stand by, this means that their costs are a lot little lower v.s those who book directly with an airline. As they do not buy tickets to fly. When you fly by stand by you are not guaranteed a seat, therefore you could be waiting a while longer for the delivery of your sidekick.
⭐️When you book directly with an airline you know when your sidekick is going to arrive. And if there might be any delays. You can also track the flight by doing a general Google search for Flight Tracker. All flight info will be provided to all parties in a group chat. Airline Guidelines & Crate Requirements Pets must be at least 9 weeks of age to fly domestically. They must be in good health and fit to fly. If there are any special circumstances, complications, and/or allergies the pet has, this MUST be disclosed BEFORE booking. You must do your due diligence and know the risks of flying your sidekick in an aircraft.
Crate Requirements The maximum dimensions for soft-sided carriers are 18” Lx11” Wx11” H. Airlines can vary slightly in their requirements. For instance, soft-sided carriers on the Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft cannot be taller than 10 inches. > Your Sidekick* & Carrier* can only be a max of 20 lbs. < If the pet is larger than the maximum weight acceptable and was not pre-approved prior to the start of the transport, the pet may be denied transport, or additional fees for the overweight pet will apply and need to be paid before the pet is released.
⭐️NO Refund will be issued if the pet is denied transport due to being overweight or is not able to fly, (determined by airline). All parties involved in the pet transport will need to have access to a cell phone with text messaging capabilities in order to communicate throughout the transport with the Pet nanny. No voice calls will be made to the pet nanny as communication needs to be in the group **Your timely response is crucial. They may be last-minute changes for the flight, via the airline. If you can not provide a timely reply I may be forced to make the decision on how to move forward.
